FORENSICS 360 – Training Course Cancellation Policy

At FORENSICS 360, we value your commitment to our training courses and strive to provide the best learning experience possible. To ensure we maintain the quality of our instruction and accommodate as many participants as possible, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Minimum Enrollment Requirement

All training courses require a minimum enrollment of 12 students and can accommodate up to 30 students.
Courses that do not meet the 12-student minimum may be rescheduled or canceled. In the event of a reschedule or cancellation due to low enrollment, affected attendees or agencies will be notified as early as possible.

1. Cancellation Deadline

We kindly request that registered attendees cancel their participation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course start date. This allows us to adjust logistics and offer the slot to other interested participants.

2. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when a registered attendee does not attend the course and has not submitted a cancellation request.
No-shows will be invoiced for the full course fee, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Substitute Attendee

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute attendee at no additional cost.
Please notify us at least 72 hours before the course start date with the substitute's information.

4. Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@forensics360.com.
Please include your name, course title, and contact information when submitting your request.

5. Course Cancellation by FORENSICS 360

In rare cases, FORENSICS 360 may need to cancel or reschedule a course (including cases involving low enrollment).
Enrolled attendees and their agencies will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
We will make every effort to reschedule the course or provide alternative options.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available to attendees who cancel within 14 days of the course start date.
Timely email notification is required to qualify for a refund.
