This is an entry level course designed to provide Tenprint examiners who are seeking to bridge over to the entry level of latent print examination. This course gives the Tenprint examiners the introductory knowledge and basic training needed to recognize and analyze various types of latent prints.

This 16-hour course provides forensic practitioners with foundational knowledge and supervised practical experience in the examination and restoration of obliterated serial numbers on firearms.
